We offer a one session consulting program: a 90-minute Strategy Session, which includes reviewing your information or website prior and during our session. You can work on any area in your business. Depending upon what area of your business you want to work on, we’ll send you a survey or scorecard in advance so that we may better understand how we may help you before and during our session.
We have been working with small business owners for 18 years. What we frequently hear from them is this: You have a goal for your business, but you are not moving forward because there’s a challenge or a piece of information you’re missing.
Once you speak with us about your strategy, we will find solutions, make decisions and design an action plan for you, and you will be ready to move forward. You only need to check-in with us when some new issue or concern happens with you.
This works great for small business owners who have a tight budget or want to test out working with a business consultant/coach.
All Small Business Coaching Package Strategy Sessions are virtual; either by phone or video conferencing.
